Looking for fair forms? Premium sheets, fair reservation forms and pre-entries for dairy, dogs, goats, poultry and rabbits are all available at the link below. You can also go to Cloverlink and download a zipped folder, (one for each fair) with the forms you need for that fair. Save them on your computer and you will have what you need for members. Pay attention to the due dates (they are on the forms) Many are due in late June or July 1st. Hudsonville premium forms are due August 1st. Fair books will be available online soon. Departments and divisions in Hudsonville's have been changed so be sure to watch for the details.
