Beef Specialist Coming to US!

We are fortunate to have MSUE Beef Specialist Kevin Gould coming to Ottawa County to present at our Super Thursday event in late January! Don't miss this opportunity to talk to a beef specialist and get your questions answered. Kevin will present the beef quality assurance program and will answer all your questions about raising a beef steer for the fair. This program is open to all 4-H members, parents and leaders.

Kevin Gould grew up on a cow-calf /stocker operation in Northern Michigan. He participated in both 4-H and FFA projects before attending MSU. He received his BS in Animal Science in 1990 and Masters in Extension Education in 1993. He currently operates Gould Cattle, a commercial cow-calf operation selling pre-conditioned feeder calves and direct markets freezer beef.
