will the horse trail class placing be up soon?
Only trail from Berlin is available. We were not given trail for Holland. Sorry.
Do you know when/where we can get the results?
they said the trail placings would be up b/c they didnt announce them....
Hopefully the committee has the results and will forward them to the 4-H office.
The horse committee is working on the trail placings. Sorry we're behind on that:-( We do have the results (not me, personally, but...), we will get them posted ASAP.
Can you tell us what day and/or time we might be able to find the results for the trail class?
I'm sorry but everyone is very busy and volunteering their time. I'm sure they will do it as soon as they can, but it may be a few days.
Regarding the Holland Trail results, someone was kind enough to post trophy results, how much more work can it be to post the trail!
I (Liz Wells) am the only one who can post on the blog. I was at the end of the show and took home the trophy results from the show and posted them using my home computer. The judge was still working on computing the results in the trailer out of the rain at that time. The results will be posted WHEN the committee has time to get them to me. I repeat they are volunteers! If you would like results sooner I suggest you volunteer to be on the committee next year.
Will more horse show pictures be posted on the site?
Thank you to all the volunteers that make these horse shows go as well as they do! I am anxious to see the results of the trail class too - but am embarassed over the impatience of some of our fellow 4H members towards the committee. Thank you again volunteers - the majority of us are grateful and think you do a wonderful job!!
The trail results with names will be posted hopefully by monday. the placings by backnumber follow below. As many of you who volunteer may understand, The committee members wear many hats in life and there are only so many hours during the day. I am very appreciative that Liz was able to post the trophy class results so quickly. I also thank our trail judge for staying and tallying scores and our committee members and 4-H families that helped with clean-up, all the while during a downpour. It's only with the continued patient support of volunteers that we can have the successful 4-H horse program that we do in Ottawa County. As our paperwork has finally dried and I have a free momemnt to get online, I can give you the results: Ribbons will be available at the announcers booth during the Hudsonville Fair Horse show.... please know what placing your child received as we only saved the exact amount of placing ribbons from the holland fair.
