4-H Council

Congratulations to John Willcome who is the new president of the Ottawa County 4-H Council. Additional congrats to the new secretary Michelle Kaptein and the new vice-president Erin McCarthy. Gerry Burns will continue as Treasurer. The Council also welcomes Emily Barnes, Beth Wikstrom and Amber Haveman.
