Declaration Forms

Here are forms that can be used to declare animals for the fairs. Beef forms were due December 1st but we will still accept them late in most cases. Check with the local livetock committee first. Feeder calf forms are due February 1st for Berlin and March 1st for Holland. Multi animal declarations are for hogs, lambs, dairy animals and goats. This year you will declare your rabbits and poultry with your June fair reservations. Previous year limits will be in effect.
