State 4-H Awards

It is time to give serious thought to the State 4-H Award program! Any youth ages 13 and up with three years experience in 4-H is eligible for the program. Competing in the award process is a learning experience designed to teach youth skills in filling out applications, interviewing and presentation. Members interested should join us at the Teen Club meeting on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in Room C of the Fillmore Complex. We will be sharing information about the award process and several Ottawa 4-H members who have competed in the past will share their experiences and portfolios with the group. Application forms can be found online and will also be given out at the Teen Club meeting.
