Fair Forms On Line

All forms that you need to enter the fairs are now online. Administrative leaders need to fill out one fair reservation form per club. All other forms are per member and may be filled out by the member, parent or leader. Individual forms are due July 1st for Berlin and Holland and August 1st for Hudsonville. They go directly to the coordinators to help them plan the fairs. Premium forms go directly to the fair boards and are due at least two weeks before the fair begins.
