Due dates: FAIR FORMS for Berlin and Holland = June 20th

Animal forms for Berlin and Holland = July 1st

Animal forms for Hudsonville = August 1st

Fair forms are used by administrative leaders to order supplies for the fairs. The numbers from fair forms that are sent to us are given to coordinator to help them make plans. We also use them to send out exhibit tags and fair books. Animal forms are to help coordinators prepare programs and to organize the various animal shows.
